We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator with strong experience operating industrial machinery in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment. The candidate will be responsible for safely running and monitoring equipment, performing basic troubleshooting, and ensuring product quality and efficiency. This role requires experience operating a sit-down forklift, using RF scan guns for inventory tracking, and preparing shipments, including creating Bills of Lading and coordinating with carriers such as FedEx, SAIA, DHE, and UPS. The ideal candidate will also have experience using an electric bander to strap pallets and a pallet wrapper to secure loads, while maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment. $20/hr - $21/hr
